Loan if you don't have any cash available

To spend or not to spend. That is the question.

This thought haunts me every time I purchase something. To be sure if I'm making the right decision, I always ask this question in my mind:

  • Is this important?
  • Is this purchase in my priority today?
  • It can’t wait to be purchased tomorrow?

If all the questions answer is YES- YES – YES, then I need to place purchase. They say that anything of important and of priority should be in your schedule of expenses, but sometimes due to the fast pace of life, opportunities knock once and then you realize you missed it.

But what would you do if you don’t have any cash available? Try applying for Loan . Loan is an opportunity for you to borrow a certain amount of money from lending agencies. Be sure to scout lending companies that will offer you very cheap interest rates.

10 Killer Ways To Defeat Your Competition

If you have are maintaining a website now, Online Marketing Professional Tim McLendon (timmclendon@yahoo.com) advises you to take the following steps to grab a larger chunk of the viewership against your competition's website.

1. Offer free original content. It's important to give your visitors information they can't find anywhere else. If you're the only source, they'll visit your site.

2. Give people free software. Most people like to find good deals on software for their computers. If the software is free, that is even better.

3. Hold free contests or sweepstakes. Most people like to win things. If you can fulfill that need, people will stop by to visit.

4. Provide a free web directory. Create a directory of web sites on a popular topic that will attract your target audience.

5. Offer a free e-zine. Most people love to get free information that's e-mailed to them regularly. This saves them time and money.

6. Make your web site look professional. You want to have your own domain name, easy navigation, attractive graphics, etc.

7. Let people read your ad before they get to your freebie. When you use free stuff to lure people to your web site list it below your ad copy.

8. Attract the target audience that would buy your product or service. A simple way to do this is to survey your existing customers.

9. Test and improve your ad copy. There are many people who write an ad and never change it. Make sure you get the highest possible response rate.

10. Give people an urgency so they buy now. Many people are interested in your product but they put off buying it until later and eventually forget about it.

10 Mind Altering Words That Make People Buy

Scientific research reveals that it takes only about an average of 5 seconds for any viewer to scan an ad or view an internet homepage and decide whether to proceed in scanning or totally ignore it. Hence, your hundred of dollars of investment in promotions may just become another money to the drain. No effect. Nada!

Hence, every word and graphics on the ad or a website's homepage should be attractive enough to catch the website viewers attention. In short, it should hit the bullseye of what your target audiences and clients needs.

To maximize the use of words in ads and ultimately influence people to buy your product, here is professional online marketing specialist Tim McLendon has to say in his latest email:
1. Use the word "fast" in your ad. People want fast results, fast delivery, fast ordering, etc. Nowadays, we usually value our time more than our money.

2. Use the word "guaranteed" in your ad. People want to be assured they are not risking their hard earned money buying your product.

3. Use the word "limited" in your ad. People want to own or receive things that are exclusive or rare because they are considered to be more valuable.

4. Use the word "easy/simple" in your ad. People want easy ordering, easy instructions, easy to use, easy payments, etc.

5. Use the word "testimonial" in your ad. People want to see believable proof before they buy your product. It should be reputable and specific proof.

6. Use the word "discount/sale " in your ad. People want to find bargains. They could be rebates, one time sales, percentage offers, get one free offers, etc.

7. Use the word "free" in your ad. People want free incentives before they do business with you. They could be free books, accessories, services, etc.

8. Use the word "you/your" in your ad. People want to know that you are talking them. This'll make them feel important and attract them to read the whole ad.

9. Use the word "important" in your ad. People do not want to miss important information that could effect their life. People will stop and take notice.

10. Use the word "new" in your ad. People want new products or services that will improve their life like new information, tastes, technology, results, etc.

Earn Online Through Mylot.com

There are true-blue online income generator sites that can help you earn income while sharing your insights on issues and idea. Take Mylot.com.

Numerous testimonies (aside from my own) can attest that you can earn dollars if you have just the patience and the guts to join Mylot.com and do the on improving your posts in Mylot published by C. McCarthy in Associated Content's website.

Just follow this tips and your on your way of earning your first bucks through the internet:

1) A lot of the discussions on MyLot are only one or two sentences and, frankly, are a waste of time. These weak discussions earn less money through Mylot's algorithms than a well thought out, interesting discussion. If you write a good discussion question about something interesting, people will have more to say about it and you will get more comments. The length of a good discussion question should be about three to six sentences long. The longer and higher quality your discussion is, the more money you will earn from Mylot. Of course, quality posts also make the site more worthwhile to surf over to and spend some time at.

2) Post a picture with each discussion question and comment that you post. This will add a few cents to your earnings and will increase the amount of responses you receive to your discussions. People are more likely to participate in a discussion that has a picture posted with it.

3) Respond to all of the comments that are made on your discussions. The more comments you respond to, the more you will earn at MyLot. The more that other people participate in your discussion, the more you earn for it.

4) Submit several "tags" or keywords for your discussions and comments. This makes it easier for people to find your discussion and participate. Next to each discussion and comment there is a little plus sign and minus sign. Rate all of the comments that you receive. No one knows exactly how the payment algorithms work at MyLot, but rating your comments is likely to raise your discussion's status or importance.

5) Under your profile at MyLot, there is a section called "My Interests." Fill out the subheadings in this section very thoroughly. When you start a discussion, start it under one of these interests if any apply."

Don't just stare there.
